Meridian is a multi-agent system that sources, verifies, scores, and delivers counterparty leads. Every lead carries provenance — what was checked, when, and what passed.

PIPELINE

Each candidate moves through eight stages. Failure at any gate stops the lead from being delivered.

LEAD SCORE

Eight signals contribute to a 0–1 lead score. The base score is blended with per-customer ICP fit (60% ICP, 40% base) so the same candidate can score differently for different customers.

DELIVERY

· Email digest — HTML summary plus CSV attachment, on the cadence of your tier.
· Webhook — HMAC-SHA256 signed JSON POSTs to your endpoint. Three retries with backoff, then dead-lettered for inspection.
· API — pull-based with X-Meridian-API-Key; same payload as webhook.

ICP

Define your ideal counterparty profile: commodity classes, target and excluded countries, counterparty role (buyer, seller, broker, trader, financier), volume range, company size, keywords, and ICP-specific score threshold. Iterate as you learn from feedback.

FEEDBACK LOOP

Mark leads as useful, converted, wrong_geography, wrong_commodity,wrong_volume, or not_responsive. Aggregate signals adjust scoring and ICP weights so future deliveries trend toward what works for you.

PROVENANCE

Every lead arrives with a verification report: which sources were checked, what they returned, and which checks the lead passed. Audit log retained per statutory period.
